A submission does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency or commercial relationship.
Authority, Accuracy and Intellectual Property
The submitter confirms authority and accuracy. Ownership of pre-existing intellectual property remains with its owner.
Right to Discontinue
GCFIH may reject a submission or discontinue review at any time.
Applicable Law
Governing-law and dispute provisions require completion by qualified counsel.
